What is a PRC Construction House or Building?

PRC Construction, using Pre-Cast concrete (Pre Fabricated reinforced concrete) was used to build temporary accommodation.

It is a non traditional building material and can affect the owners’ ability to raise mortgages on the property and subsequently make them less valuable and more difficult to sell than traditionally built houses.

ACR CONSTRUCTION can HELP people living in non-traditional council houses that wish to purchase their homes, but due to the construction types these properties need to be repaired under the right to buy scheme.
